ACCOMMODATION AND ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURE:
- Each arriving guest must have a valid ID if it is asked for.
- Arrival time is from 14:30 and departure time is until 12:00.
- The guest must pay the bill on the day of arrival (exceptions may apply) if payment has not been made prior to the guest’s arrival according to the advance invoice.
- Guests staying for less than 24 hours pay the full day price regardless of the check-in time.
- If the guest wishes, a late check-out (extends the stay until 18:00) can be granted for an additional fee (50 percent of the daily price of the room).
- Advance reservations are confirmed in advance upon payment of a reservation fee equal to 100 percent of the total cost of the stay (advance).
- Atsisakius arba pavėlavus sumokėti rezervavimo mokestį, svečias yra apgyvendinamas bendrąja eilės tvarka.
- If the inventory is lost or damaged, the perpetrators compensate the damage at a ratio of 1:2. If guests cannot be accommodated due to damage, the full price of the room is paid during the damage removal period.
CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation/shortening of the reservation and no-show of the guest, the cancellation fee is applied in the cases listed below and at a fixed percentage:
- If the reservation is canceled/shortened, at least 7 days before the guest’s arrival – 100% of the price of one night.
- If the reservation is canceled/shortened less than 7 days before the guest’s arrival – 50% of the total value of the reservation.
- In case of cancellation/shortening of the reservation and in case of guest’s no-show, less than 24 hours before. before arrival – 100% of the total order value.
FORBIDDEN:
- Push furniture (without the approval of the administration).
- Keep flammable materials in rooms.
- Damage inventory.
- Accommodating more persons than indicated or agreed upon in the room.
- Leave electrical appliances on.
- Keep animals and birds in the rooms without prior agreement with the administration. The fine is 100 euros.
- Disrupt other guests from enjoying their vacation.
- During the night (from 22:00 to 7:00) make noise and prevent other guests from sleeping.
- Smoking in the rooms. The fine is 100 euros.
- Leave small children (up to 12 years recommended) unattended in the rooms.
- Bring outsiders to the premises or room without notifying the administrator.
- Bring life-threatening tools, weapons or other means into the territory.
RESIDENTS MUST:
- Follow the general rules of use.
- Pay immediately for all services provided (exceptions may apply in individual cases).
- When leaving, return the room door key (electronic card) to the administrator and make sure that all services have been paid for.
- In case of inventory breakdown or notice of any malfunction, report it to the administration immediately.
- When leaving the room, make sure that all electrical devices are properly turned off: lights, TV, etc.
- Don’t forget to check that all hot and cold water taps are tightly closed.
- When leaving, make sure that the room is securely locked, the windows and the balcony door are closed and no unauthorized person can enter it.
- If the guest temporarily leaves the stay and does not notify the administration and does not pay for the services provided and the advance payment, the right to occupy the selected room is lost and can only be accommodated in a general manner.
- If the room key is lost or damaged, the fine is 10 Euros.

PREMISES MAINTENANCE AND GUEST SERVICE:
- The premises, equipment, furniture and bedding must be clean and tidy.
- The staff, disturbing the rest of the guests, can repair small rooms and inventory.
- The administration has the right to enter guest rooms to ensure security.
- The administration is not responsible for insecurely left and lost valuables and/or damage caused to them in the room or balcony.
- The guest(s) are responsible for their own safety when using the services provided and must follow the safety rules. When guests behave criminally (in violation of the laws of Lithuania), the administration always turns to the competent authorities.
- Any disputes arising between the administration and the Guests are resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania in the court based on the location. Lawsuits regarding consumer contracts can also be filed based on the user’s place of residence.
